  • 2nd ROUND: Finals
    • I-walk (or possibly T-walk)

Prejudging

Quarter Turns:

  • Competitors line up in numerical order facing the judges. At the head judge’s command, they will perform four quarter turns – “Quarter turn to the right.”

The comparison is conducted as follows:

  • Front pose:

Competitors stand with one hand on their hip, one leg slightly forward and to the side.

  • Quarter turn to the right:

Competitors turn a quarter to the right, presenting their left side to the judges. The upper body is slightly turned toward the judges, looking at them. The left hand is on the hip, and the right arm is slightly bent along the midline of the body with an open hand (not clenched). This hand placement results in a slight leftward rotation of the upper body, with the left shoulder down and the right shoulder extended forward. The right leg is slightly bent and positioned backward.

  • Quarter turn with back to judges:

Competitors turn another quarter to the right, facing away from the judges. One hand remains on the hip, the other is slightly bent and held at the side. The upper body must not twist toward the judges.

  • Quarter turn to the right:

Competitors turn another quarter to the right, now presenting their right side to the judges. The upper body is slightly turned toward the judges, looking at them. The right hand is on the hip, the left arm is slightly bent along the body’s midline with an open hand (not clenched). This position creates a slight rightward rotation of the upper body, with the right shoulder down and the left shoulder extended forward. The left leg is slightly bent and placed backward.

  • Quarter turn to the right, facing forward:

Competitors complete the final quarter turn to the right, returning to face the judges in the front pose.

  1. Front Double Biceps
  2. Side Serratus Pose (Left or Right) – Side pose with one arm behind the head, flexing the obliques, showing full side profile
  3. Abdominals Pose
