I am 38 years old and from Liverpool, UK. After doing competitive sports for most of my life I first stepped on stage with the UKDFBA in 2018. I really fell in love with bodybuilding and it has introduced me to so many amazing and inspiring people who I am now lucky to call friends. 

The UKDFBA and INBA have given me some fantastic opportunities to compete internationally, but my proudest moment was winning the Bikini Divas 2023 World Championship title in Manchester and being awarded my pro card. This had been a dream for a long time and to achieve it in the UK made it even more special. 

I hope to have many more years in this sport and continue to build on my achievements, as well as supporting others to reach their goals. I’m very excited to be representing the Elite Tour in Las Vegas and hope that I can do everyone proud.
