Throughout my life, I have always been an active individual, I love the outdoors for walks, and absolutely love training!
Before bodybuilding I spent my time Crossfit circuit style training. My fitness had such a positive effect on my self-esteem, I got really good at it, but seemed to always want more.

The time came where my fitness was at a high, and something new needed to challenge my love for success in building who I now have become today.

My journey began In September 22 with UKDFBA stepping on stage for the first time! Since then, I have been rather successful in the natural bodybuilding world, performing and beating my last standard winning top titles on each stage!

Not only winning champion status in my first show to my latest, Throughout this timescale I have embraced the love for posing, competing, and living a bodybuilding lifestyle. This is my newfound niche and is my future!
If I look back to Heather, before stepping into this industry to where I am now. I have grown on a personal level, as well on a physique level. My success and whirlwind so far has come from the 100% dedication and passion I have found in natural bodybuilding.

I can only cherish the experience so far, making friends in this industry and meeting remarkable athletes along the way in their journey just like me.

Now a new opportunity has arisen on the elite tour, somewhere I would only have dreamed of! I can say with my whole heart I am ecstatic and somewhat overwhelmed being awarder such an honourable prize of travel to Las Vegas! And Competing on the natural Olympia Stage!
